A mechanical engineering position at Resolvent!

We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to strengthen our team. Being a consultancy company, you can expect a variation in tasks and setups. Typical content will be participating in customer meetings, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, understanding technical problems, concept screening and generation, analysis-, design- and optimization of mechanical systems, presenting results, and collaborating with our in-house simulation- and data science experts.

The position

  • Full-time employment
  • Analysis and design of mechanical systems in a variety of task types
  • Concept screening or generation, CAD design, 3D models, 2D drawings, robust design, design for manufacture, tolerance analysis, optimization, structural mechanics
  • Interact with simulation- and data science experts.
  • Communication and setting up customer meetings.
  • Presentation results in a visual and engaging manner
  • Applying best practice project management in our projects
  • Being an engaged sparring partner to our customers
  • Taking an active part in our internal knowledge-sharing activities

Your qualifications and educational background

  • M.Sc. in mechanical engineering
  • Concept generation and evaluation
  • Detailed design – dimensioning and optimization of solutions
  • 3D CAD design (preferably Autodesk Inventor and/or Fusion)
  • 2D drawing documentation.
  • Design for Manufacture, Tolerances, Robust design.
  • Preferably simulation experience e.g. structural or flow
  • Strong communicative skills in English
  • Positive attitude and open mind

We work with international customers within the green energy sector, PTX, (batteries, electrolyzer, and fuel cell systems) sound & hearing, the pharmaceutical industry and related chemical business areas.
