Do you thrive on solving real-world technical challenges?
At resolvent, we support our customers in becoming fully simulation-driven enterprises. We help them unlock faster innovation, reduced costs, and gain a competitive edge through virtual testing.
Because the real world isn’t isolated to a single physical domain, our projects rarely are. Whether you are modelling conjugate heat transfer or reacting to flow dynamics, you will be tackling fully coupled, Multiphysics challenges.
We are currently looking for a structured, self-starting simulation expert to join our consultancy. If you are passionate about driving advancements in mainly Green Tech and Medico Technologies, we want you to be on our team.
What You Will Do
As a Consultant at resolvent, you will be responsible for the entire simulation lifecycle. You will be a strategic partner to our customers, using your expertise to prioritize, analyze, and visualize results that guide critical product development and innovation strategies.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Use your engineering judgment to know exactly when a project requires broad conceptual guidelines and when it demands highly detailed, thorough analysis.
- Multiphysics Modelling: Tackle coupled physics problems (e.g., structural mechanics & heat transfer, or CFD & reacting species) primarily using commercial software.
- Project Management: Scope, manage, and execute simulation projects from end-to-end, being an engaged sparring partner for our clients.
- Technical Communication: Translate complex findings into precise, visual, and actionable insights for your stakeholders.
- Workflow Innovation: Leverage your programming skills (Python, MATLAB) and emerging AI tools to automate workflows and establish “best-simulation-practices.”
- Customer Engagement: Organize and lead customer meetings, site visits, and events, potentially taking ownership of a key technical area within resolvent.
Your qualifications and educational background
We are looking for a colleague with a profound technical foundation, a curious mindset, and the proactive drive to immediately bring value to our customers and team.
- Experienced: 5+ years of industry experience, preferably within Green – or Medico Technology, Product Development or Process Optimization
- Education: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Applied Physics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Technically Proficient: Exceptional modelling and analytical skills using tools like COMSOL Multiphysics, Ansys Fluent, or leading open-source alternatives.
- Code-Savvy: Strong programming and scripting experience (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
- Communicative: Strong communication skills in English.
- Authorized: You must have the legal right to work in Denmark.
